Who We Are – AstroLabs, the Gulf’s Leading Business Expansion Platform
At AstroLabs, we specialize in facilitating high-growth companies' entry into the Saudi and UAE markets. We offer comprehensive growth services including business setup, coworking spaces, and recruitment, alongside programs developed with government and leading private sector partners to strengthen key regional sectors.
As the market leader (we’ve recently celebrated expanding 850+ companies to the UAE and 600+ companies to KSA), we are on a journey to digitize and elevate the business expansion experience – and we’d like you to be a part of that journey.
Our culture is fast, supportive, outcome-oriented, and driven by curiosity.
Who you are
You are a detail-oriented and analytical professional who thrives on turning data into insights and structure into clarity. You take pride in accuracy, consistency, and enabling better decision-making across teams. You’re proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities without heavy supervision.
You’re comfortable working across systems and functions — bridging Sales, Operations, and Finance — to ensure that data, processes, and reporting are always aligned. You’re not just good with numbers; you communicate them clearly, translate them into action, and help others see the bigger picture.
As a Business Analyst, you’ll be the backbone of our Business Growth division — making sure information flows seamlessly, reports are reliable, and leaders have the visibility they need to drive AstroLabs forward.

Implement and maintain dashboards that support leadership with strategic decision making.
Assist in reconciling discrepancies between data sources and highlight issues to the relevant stakeholders.
Sales Enablement
Work with the sales consultants and sales leadership to develop customized sales collateral and proposals for clients (e.g., requires proficiency with Powerpoint and visual tools)
Leverage sales tools to develop target lists to enable sales consultants across the organization.
Strategic & Operational Support
Support Sales and Operations teams in tracking progress against monthly and quarterly targets, including new subscriptions and onboarding completion.
Assist with gathering performance data and relevant inputs to support business planning discussions.
Monitor key operational activities, such as service timelines or handovers, and help flag delays or risks to leadership.
Participate in recurring check-ins or syncs with internal teams to ensure alignment on open action items.
Renewals & Contract Coordination
Track upcoming client renewals and support internal follow-ups to ensure timelines are met.
Coordinate contract processing, including sending standard agreements and following up with clients and internal teams for approvals.
Update systems and documentation to reflect changes in client subscription status.
Flag clients showing signs of churn risk or requiring adjustments (e.g., upgrade or downgrade) to the relevant team.
Ensure reconciliation of all records with finance.
Support with cash-collection operations.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Facilitate communication across Sales, Operations, and Finance to ensure alignment on client billing, renewals, and service delivery.
Keep shared documents and systems updated to reflect client movements, payment status, and service delivery milestones.
Follow up on pending items between teams to support continuity in client servicing.
General Support to Business Growth Leadership
Assist the Business Growth leadership team with day-to-day coordination, task tracking, and documentation.
Provide ad hoc support on internal initiatives, data pulls, or special projects related to revenue operations and service performance.
Help ensure that recurring internal processes (e.g., renewal syncs, onboarding reviews) are run on time and with the correct inputs.
