AstroLabs Programs design and implement large-scale capability building programs including digital transformation upskilling, corporate innovation, entrepreneurship and ecosystem building.
Our programs are outcome-driven, highly customised, super localised, and are delivered by practitioners from our wide local, regional and global network.
The purpose of this position is to maximise revenue and revenue margin through developing our existing partnerships, exploring & executing plans for growing our business ventures, and finding new ways to provide better services to our customers.
In this role you will:
Identify new client opportunities and advise them on transformational change and capability building
Be a successful originator, capable of driving and delivering lasting business opportunities with new clients as well as developing existing opportunities and own the sales cycle through to closing
Gather valuable and meaningful insights from clients across the portfolio to build world class solutions and products and grow AstroLabs Programs’ market share
Maintain and grow relationships in existing accounts, working closely with delivery teams to ensure maximum outcomes and customer satisfaction
Provide intellectual insight and rigour by framing business problems in a way that the teams can then execute
Act as a role model, building the team capability through feedback, coaching and training

You have extensive professional services sales and business development experience in Saudi
You are entrepreneurial and want to innovate and create in new ways. Ideally, you have had your own startup experience
You have strong interpersonal skills and are an outstanding communicator both verbally and in writing
You have exceptional listening skills with the ability to influence and add value
You are passionate about building and coaching people
You are preferably based in Saudi or willing to travel to KSA for at least 70% of the time
