We’re looking for a seasoned Business Development Lead that has experience in building out an outbound sales function from scratch. They will be working with the expansion team, supporting multinational corporations and VC-backed companies expanding to Saudi Arabia.
EnterKSA is the preferred market entry partner for an array of multinational corporations expanding into Saudi Arabia. We handle local company registration and provide a soft-landing office at our coworking space in Riyadh. We have set up over 200+ companies in KSA and have an amazing team on the ground in Riyadh to take care of the entire setup process.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Define, implement and optimise an outbound sales process
Identify target companies, sectors and countries for most efficient and strategic lead generation
Engage with companies looking to expand and grow their business in KSA. Understand what their needs / challenges are and advise accordingly
Set goals and develop plans for business and revenue growth
Research, plan, and implement new target market initiatives
Attend conferences, industry events and networking opportunities
Develop sales collateral for consistent sales messages
Recruit, train and build an effective outbound sales team
Set up a commission and rewards structure that aligns with the commercial targets of the business
Collaborate with Marketing to feed back on successful positioning and messaging
REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of outbound sales experience in an outcome-driven, KPI-focused environment
Experience in building an outbound sales function from zero
Experience with business setup/company formation is ideal
Be excited by finding new opportunities in the market and by helping and speaking to new leads
Feel a deep sense of ownership, accountability, pride, and passion for your work
Are strategic enough to build a team, but tactical enough to execute on a day-to-day basis
Have a reputation with cross-functional teams as being collaborative, innovative, accountable, and reliable
Have an obsession with being data-driven, highly analytical, lead through influence and are a structured thinker
Think big by working to achieve a deep understanding of predictable revenue models, mastery of sales development, and value selling practices as well as leadership philosophy and development
Love to teach, coach and enable through traditional and innovative approaches. You enjoy building slide decks with the latest pitches and using the most updated examples.
