We’re looking for two experienced business setup consultants. One will be setting up tech-enabled ventures in Dubai with the DMCC freezone at the region’s leading tech hub and the second role will support multinational corporations and VC-backed companies expanding to Saudi Arabia.

AstroLabs Coworking & Licensing Dubai is the launchpad for home-grown startups and the scaling partner of international companies expanding to the UAE. We’ve set up over 400 tech-enabled ventures and are the home of an unrivaled tech and innovation-driven community based out of our two coworking spaces in JLT.

EnterKSA is the preferred market entry partner for an array of multinational corporations expanding into Saudi Arabia. We handle local company registration and provide a soft-landing office at our coworking space in Riyadh. We have set up over 200+ companies in KSA and have an amazing team on the ground in Riyadh to take care of the entire setup process.

Responsibilities


  • Manage incoming leads and conduct meetings in person and online with potential clients to fully understand their business needs and present the appropriate setup/expansion plan

  • Identify new business opportunities - including new clients, markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services

  • Present tailored recommendations to leads based on their business activities, requirements and market opportunities

  • Assess and prepare all required documentation for the business setup process

  • Manage client portfolio to ensure high customer satisfaction and promote referrals

  • Maintain the CRM and all internal systems updated

  • Be aware of changes to government policies, regulations, processes, etc., and anything that may affect the efficiency of the setup process

  • Apply client knowledge and opportunity management to craft high impact solutions for clients

  • Liaise with the client to keep them informed of the status and progress of their application, ensuring a smooth process from start to finish

  • Up-sell to deliver added value to the client and cross-sell to promote products and services from other AstroLabs business units

  • Attend networking events to promote our services

  • Manage partner relationships to ensure client satisfaction

  • Prepare and present monthly sales reports

  • Share insights with the marketing team to improve performance and enhance the lead quality

  • Devise strategies and propose promotions and initiatives to drive the sales process.

Job requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience in an outcome-driven, KPI-focused environment

  • Experience in business setup/company formation is essential

  • Experience in using a CRM system to help manage and organize prospects

  • Ability to research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, potential customers, partnerships, added products and services, etc.

  • Able to manage clients independently

  • Proficiency with data analysis and forecasting

  • High attention to detail and ability to create, review and manage documents and databases

  • Passion and proven track record of achieving results and exceeding targets; results-oriented

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Perfect English, other languages are a plus

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, a natural “people person” with drive, enthusiasm and a serious “make it happen” attitude

  • Strong organization skills with the ability to own projects from start to finish; meticulous, organized, highly skilled at prioritization and resilient

  • Demonstrate integrity, dependability, ownership, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and empathy
