Who You Are

We're seeking a proactive and KPI-driven Business Setup Executive who is passionate about sales and supporting businesses in their setup and expansion journey. Your role will focus on identifying and creating new business opportunities, crafting tailored business setup plans, and ensuring a smooth and efficient setup process for our clients. In addition to setup services, your portfolio also includes coworking memberships for our space in JLT.  This position requires a mix of strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a clear understanding of the corporate services industry.

What You’ll Do:

  • You will manage incoming leads, conducting thorough discussions with potential clients to grasp their business needs and proposing suitable setup or expansion strategies.
  • You will uncover new business opportunities, including fresh markets, growth areas, and partnerships, and stay ahead of trends.
  • You will craft personalized recommendations for clients, assessing their business activities and market prospects.
  • You will oversee the preparation and management of essential documentation for business setup, ensuring compliance and smooth operations.
  • You will sustain high customer satisfaction levels, leveraging client portfolios to promote referrals.
  • You will maintain and update the CRM along with all internal systems, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
  • You will stay informed about changes in government policies and regulations to preemptively address potential impacts on the business setup process.
  • You will engage in up-selling and cross-selling, enhancing client value and broadening the scope of our services.

A Day in the Life

Imagine starting your day with a team meeting to discuss the latest market trends and regulatory changes affecting business setups. You then dive into your emails, responding to inquiries from potential clients and scheduling meetings to discuss their business plans. Your afternoon is spent in client meetings in our JLT office and coworking space, where you present tailored business setup solutions and follow up on ongoing applications. The day ends with you updating the CRM system and brainstorming with the marketing team on new strategies to attract clients.

Job requirements

Your Technical Skills:

  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written), crucial for forging strong relationships with clients, partners, and team members.
  • You demonstrate great attention to detail. 
  • You have strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • You have solid business acumen 
  • You are proficient in preparing, managing, and ensuring compliance with all required setup documentation.

Your Key Qualifications

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in sales, in roles that utilize your stakeholder management skills.
  • You’re ambitious, curious, and enjoy working independently and with a team.
  • You're KPI driven and outcome oriented.
  • You are adept at managing and exceeding client expectations.
  • You are well-versed in CRM and sales pipeline management, ensuring effective tracking and follow-up on leads and opportunities.
  • You are proactive, adaptable, and equipped to handle the dynamics of regulatory changes and market conditions, ensuring seamless business setups.
  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
