ABOUT THE ROLE

Your goal will be to build and grow relationships with key clients, gather insights on their hiring plans, and assist the Business Development Director and Talent Practice Manager in delivery.

These are some of the responsibilities to make that happen:

  • Manage multiple clients at the same time, ensuring all clients have an exceptional customer experience

  • Collaborate with key decision makers to identify opportunities and develop ideas that deliver sales results

  • Uncover and understand a company’s recruitment needs

  • Communicate clearly and persuasively the advantages and benefits of AstroLabs Talent, adjusting the sales pitch to meet the specific needs of each client

  • Organize regular client meetings to ensure excellent customer service

  • Communicate with clients and set expectations, timelines, and deadlines for the recruitment process

  • Meet with clients to discuss goals, progress, and outcomes

  • Coordinate with the TA team and clients to meet milestones

  • Maintain a clean and up-to-date CRM system and dashboard, ensuring key data points are captured to improve accurate reporting

  • Attend networking events

  • Maintain value-add partnerships

Job requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in account or client management in the Saudi market, ideally within a tech/SaaS startup

  • Excellent discovery skills that allow you to ask the right question and learn about the client's pain points and needs

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, a natural “people person” with drive, enthusiasm, and a serious “make it happen” attitude. You are able to build relationships and network seamlessly

  • You are highly organised

  • Demonstrate integrity, dependability, ownership, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and empathy

  • Fluent in both Arabic and English

  • Previous experience in recruitment is a major plus
