As the Community Operations Lead, you’ll be the heartbeat of our KSA coworking space. You’ll be the first face people see, the go-to person when things go wrong, and the one quietly making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Your Responsibilities

Front of House & Customer Experience

  • Own reception operations — greet and support all members, guests, and leads with warmth and professionalism

  • Manage inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in-person, escalating internally as needed

  • Provide office tours and contribute to new business by capturing and logging walk-in leads in the CRM

  • Support AstroLabs team members with basic admin and coordination tasks

  • Deliver a consistently exceptional customer experience — every single time

Space Operations

  • Keep the space fully operational and impeccably presented at all times

  • Manage maintenance, cleaning, tech support, and vendor relationships

  • Conduct regular space audits and maintain a concern log to ensure timely resolution

  • Track inventory, place supply orders, and coordinate deliveries

  • Ensure compliance with all government, safety, and hygiene regulations

  • Manage cleaning staff and support teams to uphold cleanliness standards

Community Operations

  • Onboard new members, granting access, sharing guidelines, and ensuring smooth integration

  • Track usage data and generate insights to support space optimization and service delivery

  • Assist in planning and executing member events and community initiatives

  • Provide light tech and systems support to members as needed

Job requirements

Your Technical Skills

  • Proficient in CRM systems, Google Workspace, and modern productivity tools

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus

  • Comfortable with data tracking, reporting, and light analysis

  • Organized, structured, and capable of multitasking without dropping the ball

Your Key Qualifications

  • 4–7 years of relevant experience in customer-facing operational roles (coworking, hospitality, business centers, or serviced offices preferred)

  • Track record of managing physical spaces, front-of-house operations, or workplace experience

  • Highly independent — thrives without micromanagement

  • Detail-oriented, service-obsessed, and a natural problem solver

  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment

  • Familiarity with the Gulf region is preferred but not required

  • Able to represent the AstroLabs brand with professionalism and warmth
