AstroLabs is on the search for an active and creative SEO Specialist & Digital Analyst. Join our marketing team and take part in nailing the realization of our growth plan and achieving business outcomes.
What you'll do
A week in the life of a Digital Marketing Analyst
Joining our dynamic environment, your weeks would be fast-paced, filled with strategic planning, creative brainstorming, and hands-on execution.
You'll start your days by reviewing campaign performance data across various channels, analyzing key metrics, and implementing changes to refine your strategies. You will equally look at the organic performance of both websites, including but not limited to traffic sources, markets, most visited pages, and search terms... You'll collaborate with the marketing team, communications team, sales, and external agencies, ensuring that every marketing initiative aligns with our objectives and targets. Throughout the week, you'll lead the optimization of our websites, reviewing channel performance, running growth experiments to test new ideas, and scaling successful ones. You will utilize automation tools to streamline processes and work on reports to share with the different BUs. You will also generate analytical reports for different BUs and share analysis and recommendations for improvement.
Job requirements
Who you are:
- You have Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- You have 2+ years of experience in SEO.
- You are a good communicator, able to engage with different internal and external stakeholders.
- You have deep knowledge of performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital marketing in a fast-paced environment.
- You have strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- You are experienced in using SEO tools, analytical tools and marketing tools such as Google Analytics
- You have a proven track record of leading SEO initiatives and concurrent marketing projects from strategy implementation to execution.
- You are proficient in using CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce)).
- You have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- You have a growth mindset and can thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- You are target and KPI focused.
- You are able to balance managing multiple SEO projects and marketing tasks simultaneously.
- You are attentive to detail with a high ambition for excellence in all marketing initiatives.
- You have good project management skills.
