Digital Marketing - Lead Instructor (Lebanon/Dubai)

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Lead Instructor to join our academy!

The Digital Marketing (DM) Lead Instructor will lead content creation and end-to-end delivery of our digital marketing training courses. The DM Lead InstructorI is someone who is passionate, professional, proactive and reflects our 'Make it Happen' attitude!


Key Responsibilities

Training Management

  • Develop a monthly/yearly plan for the Digital Marketing programs (instructors, logistics...etc.)
  • Identify and onboard high caliber instructors for upcoming sessions
  • Assess instructors through trial sessions and train them accordingly
  • Work closely with sales team to promote courses
  • Manage and report on classes revenues and costs
  • Oversee and continuously improve end-to-end training delivery process

Training Delivery

  • Design and Plan appropriate best in class curriculum with clear learning outcomes
  • Prepare training collateral (such as pre-reading material, module summaries, presentations and exercises as required)
  • Plan and oversee entire learning journey from pre-class, in-class experience, online material (through our LMS - Learning Management System), and post-class follow up
  • Deliver stellar training programs effectively to our participants and clients
  • Assess weaknesses and strengths of participants and adjusting training as needed
  • Engage participants/client with a delivery style that is clear, dynamic and relevant
  • Monitor and report on overall training effectiveness
  • Provide mentorship and guidance beyond coursework, as required
  • Continuously iterate and develop new course material based on participant feedback and best practices

Alumni & Community Development

  • Foster a highly engaged Alumni (by sharing relevant resources, organizing high value-add events and other opportunities)
  • Build a network of corporate partners through course participants
  • Identify and engage experts in the Digital Marketing community as guest speakers and trainers

Job requirements

Experience & Requirements

  • Impressive communication, presentation, time management and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to engage and deliver complex concepts in a simple way
  • Previous course delivery or consulting experience
  • Experience of 5 - 7 years in Digital Marketing
  • Experience in running digital marketing campaigns and Passion for Digital Marketing
  • Experience with Google Ads, Google Search & Google Display (GDN & YouTube)
  • Comfortable in front of the camera as some of our courses will be recorded and/or conducted online
  • Ability to Identify and address issues/gaps in delivery
  • Creative and inspiring style of delivery
  • Willing to travel across GCC
