Who you are

We're looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee and manage the financial operations for KSA, UAE and Lebanon, ensuring that financial objectives are consistently achieved. 

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial analysis, reporting, and cash flow management and a keen eye for risk management, tax compliance, and process improvement. 

In this role, you will lead and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering capability building and ensuring strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will also support the VP of Finance and Ops in strategic planning, providing insights to support informed decision-making and the continued financial health and growth of the organization.


Responsibilities - In this role, you will

  • Create and update financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support planning and analysis. Track financial performance and identify areas for improvement

  • Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards

  • Manage cash flow, including forecasting cash requirements, optimizing cash balances, and ensuring adequate liquidity to meet financial obligations

  • Identify and manage financial risks, including market, credit, operational, and legal risks. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.

  • Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations and develop tax planning strategies for KSA, UAE and other GCC countries to optimize tax positions

  • Develop and maintain a high-performing finance team that includes remote and in-person team members, and provide leadership and guidance to ensure that financial objectives are achieved

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including lenders, investors, and regulatory authorities. Communicate financial performance and strategy to stakeholders

  • Continuously improve finance processes, systems, and controls to ensure efficiency and effectiveness

  • Contribute to the development of the organization's overall strategy and informed decisions by providing financial insight and analysis

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the VP of Finance & Ops

Your Key Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting

  • 10 years of experience in finance roles, of which min. 3 years in a Finance Manager role.

  • English and Arabic fluency
