We are looking for data driven performance marketer to own all our paid marketing activities and help us grow!

These are some of the responsibilities to make that happen:

  • Accountable for all paid ads performance (all business units - Academy, Coworking, Business setup, Talent), web analysis, conversion funnels, ABM activities.

  • Managing our performance marketing agency.

  • Building automated data dashboards for all BUs to get marketing under control

  • Creating, updating and developing course content in paid ads, analytics and others + delivering classes on those topics

Job requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in B2B lead generation (with perfect knowledge of Google Ads and Linkedin Ads)

  • Proven track record of building and optimizing campaigns that deliver SQLs on a regular predictable basis

  • Ability to build (and automate) data dashboards

  • Ability to analyze and improve landing pages for different products

  • You are highly organised. You can understand audience of different products and how to tweak messaging to them.

  • Demonstrate integrity, dependability, ownership, accountability, self-awareness and work ethic.
