With over 1,700 companies already established and 200+ clients being supported on an ongoing basis in Saudi Arabia, our business setup and post setup operations are critical to delivering an exceptional customer experience and growth of our client portfolio.
We’re looking for a Head of Operations to oversee the delivery of our company setup and business growth services, making sure we deliver predictable and efficient results with every customer interaction. This is a hands-on role of strategic importance, as it sets the standard for operational excellence and underpins the continued growth of AstroLabs in the region.
What You’ll Do
Drive Operational Excellence: Oversee the Company Setup process, ensuring customers progress predictably while minimizing lead times and delivering high-quality outcomes to optimize revenue recognition. Enhance the efficiency of our Business Growth Services, driving optimization to support rapid scaling, increasing client retention within our subscription model, and ensuring internal and external compliance standards.
Scale Processes and Automation: Leverage technology to automate repetitive tasks, streamline operations, and enhance productivity across teams.
Manage and Coach the Team: Lead two core teams of 30 Account Managers and Associates, developing talent, managing top performance, fostering accountability, and driving a culture of high output and continuous improvement.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with Sales, Finance, and Product teams to optimize for customer journey and commercial impact, and ensure alignment with company goals.
Use Data to Improve: Establish KPIs, measure success, and analyze outputs to drive initiatives that consistently improve outcomes, such as reducing setup lead times and enhancing client satisfaction.
Who You Are
Operations Leader: 10+ years of experience managing and scaling operations teams in service industries, with experience in both online and offline delivery of services, and ideally both one-time payment and subscription models.
Master of Process Improvement: Strong experience in Lean or Six Sigma
Hands-On People Manager: Proven track record of coaching and leading high-performing teams, capable of inspiring people, driving accountability and developing talent.
Data-Driven and Tech-Savvy: Skilled at leveraging data and technology to optimize processes, drive automation, and produce insightful reports for decision-making.
Customer-First Approach: Committed to exceeding client expectations with a strong understanding of service excellence in complex, multi-step processes.
Job requirements
10+ Years in Operational Leadership in a service environment, with a mix of project and subscription model experience.
Six Sigma or equivalent process improvement certification, with a proven record of driving operational efficiencies.
Demonstrated Team Leadership: Experience leading and scaling teams, implementing high output management practices, and fostering a culture of accountability.
Tech-Savvy and Data-Oriented: Proficiency in operational tools, automation, and CRM systems.
You’re based in KSA or willing to relocate.
You’re an Arabic speaker.
