Who You Are
We're seeking a proactive and strategic Head of Operations with a passion for managing projects effectively and independently and an analytical mindset towards implementing and improving processes across all stages of a business cycle. Your operational focus will be on delivering on our customer focused values by ensuring a smooth delivery of services to clients, resolving any escalations and managing and mentoring our growing service delivery team. Your strategic focus will be on using your keen analytical skills to recommend and implement initiatives to enhance service excellence, client experience and support our scaling team.
Learning and growth is at the core of our culture so this role will include training teams and mentoring/developing individual team members.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, mentor and develop a team of 10+ operations professional in KSA

  • Implement, analyze, and improve processes, across different stages of business cycles

  • Map out operations deliverables in alignment with financial targets and metrics to enable business growth and development

  • Optimize the usage of tools/tech across the team and drive automation

  • Measure operational success by monitoring KPIs and drive operational excellence

  • Coordinate with teams across the organization to ensure an accurate information flow and a smooth workflow

  • Influence and drive change in accordance with intradepartmental strategy

  • Maintain an active feedback loop with Sales and Finance to continuously capitalize on learnings and discuss growth opportunities

  • Keep management informed of operational stats by recording and analyzing data, producing insightful reports and forecasting risk and opportunities

  • Solve problems and establish scalable problem solving models that can be independently adopted by team members

  • Safeguard compliance best practices and insure operational quality assurance

Your Key Qualifications

  • You have at least 10 years of experience managing operations teams in services fields

  • You’re based in KSA or willing to relocate

  • You’re an Arabic speaker

  • You’re ambitious, curious, and able to manage a team and clients

  • You're strategic and outcome oriented.

  • You are adept at managing and exceeding client expectations.

  • You are well-versed in leveraging technology to optimize operations

  • You are proactive and adaptable to change.

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
