Head of SMB & Enterprise Sales - Saudi Arabia

Job description

We are looking for a Head of Enterprise Sales to scale our corporate offerings in Saudi Arabia, including digital capability building programs and acceleration/incubation programs. Our ideal candidate has a passion for capability development and has a deep network of senior executives in large organizations.

The Head of Enterprise Sales will be responsible for growing our Enterprise Academy in Saudi through new customer acquisition, a unique entrepreneurial experience for a seasoned enterprise sales rainmaker looking for an exciting new challenge.


  • Close monthly and quarterly sales targets: this is a sales jobs first, meeting and exceeding sales quota is key
  • Plan and execute a wide-scale prospecting campaign across the Kingdom including identifying, contacting, and engaging with top targets across industries
  • Grow a deep and rich network of C-level/VP-level contacts in HR, Data & Analytics, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, and other functions inside key accounts across the region and act as their trusted advisor to help them develop capability development programs that will positively impact their business
  • Build a sales pipeline of qualified opportunities for digital capability programs and incubation/acceleration programs through a structured and metrics-driven approach
  • Fully own and lead the sales process while collaborating with other team members for need identification, scoping, proposal production, and presentation requirements
  • Develop and deliver articulate sales pitches with creative offerings to C-level executives and decision-makers in prospective partner organizations.
  • Work closely with customer success team to ensure the proper delivery of training programs, guarantee customer satisfaction and drive additional opportunities
  • Work with the AstroLabs Academy leadership team to recommend the creation of new curriculum modules depending on demand from the market

Job requirements

  • You have a track record of at least 6 years of achieving sales targets and managing relationships with government and semi-government entities, universities, large companies, and family groups
  • You are very structured with exceptional organizational skills
  • You communicate clearly in a structured manner when writing and speaking and are fluent in Arabic in a business setting
  • You have outstanding presentation skills 
  • You are proactive and quick. You know how to take ownership, delegate responsibilities, and close the loop to get things done
  • You have a strong network of C-level and executive contacts in large accounts in Saudi
  • Advanced Degrees (MBA, MSc) and/or technical undergraduate degrees are a plus
