Coordinate between different teams in setting up the strategy and the plan for social media work
Oversee of ongoing optimization of the social strategy, online community management process, and content creation + related tasks (needed artwork, videos, etc.)
Build and implement strategy, plan campaigns for AstroLabs regular online community, direct audience, building and engagement with different stakeholders
Support employee social media engagement to give voice for AstroLabs’s employees on social media
Monitors overall landscape and industry insights, reports back on ecosystem highlights and activity
Communications & Outreach - support communications lead on MarComms, outreach & event content
Collaborate with communications and marketing team to publish MarComms products such as mailers, infographics, and content outreach by owning specific tasks within projects/events/campaigns
Provide recommendations on new ideas for content and distribution formats based on performance data and insights from target audience
Plan and execute promotion of MarComms products via grow.astrolabs.com, email, mailers, and its social media attributes
Monitor performance of MarComms products published
Develop understanding of community partners with support of partnerships team, regularly engaging with their representatives through their social media content when feasible/relevant > build social media calendar for existing partnerships
Creating calendar post and social media content based on agenda, speakers, and scope
Supporting partnership team to assess efficiency of partnership from marketing perspective
Execute digital outreach and plan social media content for larger scale ecosystem partnerships
Lead and coordinate on promotion and coverage plans of AstroLabs events and programs and build report on events/program campaigns + support on building
Performance Marketing
Lead gathering for our B2B offerings in Enterprise Academy, Licensing and Coworking Products
Develop and run B2B performance marketing campaigns (from targeting, copy, and execution with our external agency)
Execute lead qualification and conversion optimization funnels for all products and channels
Lead rapid iterations on landing pages & lead gen forms
Run inbound marketing efforts to increase the number of qualified leads from organic channels (blogs, webinars, ebooks, white papers, automated emails, events etc)
Build content partnerships with complementary organizations and affiliates
Test new marketing initiatives, such as referral programs, radio ads, and publications
Work with our CRM system (Hubspot) to build advanced reports to measure qualified leads, CPL, and conversion rate for our products
Own CPL, Conversation and CAC metrics across the B2B product line
Collaborate closely with product owners and sales team to keep optimizing on KPIs
