AstroLabs is on the lookout for an energetic and innovative Marketing Executive with a knack for events. Join our marketing team and play a key role in orchestrating online and offline events that resonate with our audience and ensure achieving business outcomes

Your Role:

  • You will team up with our marketing team to hit and exceed our marketing objectives regarding webinars and events.
  • You will be the driving force behind our marketing initiatives, bringing fresh ideas to the table.
  • You will strategically research, plan, and map out a year-round calendar of captivating events, aligning with AstroLabs' overarching objectives. This includes webinars, on-site events, and exhibition involvements.
  • You will craft compelling content for invitations, emails, and other marketing collateral.
  • You will launch and manage lead generation campaigns to secure high event attendance
  • You will scout and connect with potential event collaborators to elevate the event experience and create additional value.
  • You will take charge of event project management - from detailed planning and coordination to handling logistics, stirring up impactful marketing campaigns, crafting digital and print promotional materials to secure attendance, and overseeing vendor relations.
  • You will collaborate with various teams to ensure a smooth event execution
  • You will work closely with the sales team to ensure a successful customer journey and target achievement.
  • You will deliver post-event reports, armed with key performance data focused on targets, to refine and enhance future event strategies.

A day in the life of a Marketing Executive at AstroLabs

Since this is a dynamic role, no 2 days will look alike. However, during one whole week, you will be able to divide your time between working on short-term and long-term goals; short-term plans will include responsibilities like conducting monthly events & webinars, overseeing event registrations, coordinating with different stakeholders, communicating with the sales team on leads from previous events and preparing events reports. Long-term plans include working on quarterly and yearly event plans and researching and identifying new opportunities for company growth.

Job requirements

What You Need to Bring:

  • A Bachelor's degree (or proven self-education) in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least a year's experience in orchestrating and executing marketing events, preferably in B2B.
  • At least a year's experience in managing lead generation campaigns.
  • A thorough understanding of strategic planning principles and up-to-date marketing practices.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software, such as CRM systems.
