AstroLabs Coworking & Licensing Dubai has set up over 800 tech-enabled ventures in the UAE in partnership with the leading freezone DMCC, and supported hundreds more with soft-landing and Community. We have two 24/7 coworking spaces in JLT that are the home to an unrivaled tech and innovation-driven entrepreneurial community.

AstroLabs KSA Expansion is the preferred market entry partner for an array of multinational corporations expanding into Saudi Arabia. We handle local company registration and provide a soft-landing office at our coworking space in Riyadh. We have set up over 300+ companies in KSA and have an amazing team on the ground in Riyadh to take care of the entire setup process.

Who you are:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Consultant to focus on Business Expansion into Saudi Arabia. If you excel at finding new clients through market research and networking, generating new business opportunities, and ensuring a smooth business establishment process for our clients, you’ll be a great fit. Your role will involve expanding the AstroLabs client base by identifying companies looking to enter the Saudi Arabian market and converting them into clients. You’ll achieve your sales targets through proactive outreach, guiding clients through regulatory requirements, advising on optimal business structures, and ensuring compliance with local laws. Additionally, you should be comfortable managing, speaking to, and closing deals with senior stakeholders, including managing directors and CEOs.

Responsibilities:

  • You will proactively identify and reach out to potential clients, managing outbound sales efforts through cold calling, emailing, and networking to generate new business opportunities.

  • You will conduct meetings in person and online with potential clients to fully understand their business needs and present the appropriate setup/expansion plan.

  • You will identify new business opportunities, including new clients, markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services.

  • You will present tailored recommendations to leads based on their business activities, requirements, and market opportunities.

  • You will assess and prepare all required documentation for the business setup process.

  • You will manage the client portfolio to ensure high customer satisfaction and promote referrals.

  • You will maintain the CRM and all internal systems updated.

  • You will apply client knowledge and opportunity management to craft high-impact solutions for clients.

  • You will up-sell to deliver added value to the client and cross-sell to promote products and services from other AstroLabs business units.

  • You will prepare and present regular sales reports and/or forecasts.

  • You will devise strategies and propose promotions and initiatives to drive the sales process.


Job requirements

Technical Skills:

  • You have a proven track record in prospecting and exceeding outbound sales targets by achieving a high conversion rate

  • You have 4+ years of sales experience in a KPI-focused, outcome-driven environment.

  • You have a history of speaking with and pitching to senior stakeholders (CEOs, Managing Directors, etc).

  • You have the ability to research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, potential customers, partnerships, and additional products and services

  • You are skilled in data analysis and forecasting.

  • You have high attention to detail in creating, reviewing, and managing documents and databases.

  • You possess excellent English verbal and written communication skills (additional languages are a plus).

  • You have outbound sales experience in business setup/company formation (preferred, not required).
