Who You Are
We are seeking a motivated and data-driven Outbound Sales Team Lead to lead a outbound sales team focused on Business Expansion into Saudi Arabia. Your role will involve expanding the AstroLabs client base by identifying companies looking to enter the Saudi Arabian market and converting them into clients. You’ll lead your team to achieve sales targets through proactive outreach, guiding clients through regulatory requirements, advising on optimal business structures, and ensuring compliance with local laws. Additionally, you should be comfortable managing, speaking to, and closing deals with senior stakeholders, including managing directors and CEOs.
Responsibilities:
- Lead your team in proactive client outreach through cold calling, emailing, and networking to generate business opportunities, ensuring both individual and team targets are met.
- Conduct in-person and online meetings to understand client needs and present setup/expansion plans, driving personal sales targets alongside team goals.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, including markets, partnerships, and services.
- Present tailored recommendations and guide clients through the business setup process, contributing to both personal and team success.
- Manage documentation, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Maintain client satisfaction, manage portfolios, and promote referrals to achieve individual and collective targets.
- Ensure CRM and internal systems are kept up to date for both personal and team activities.
- Develop high-impact client solutions and promote additional products and services, supporting overall team targets.
- Provide sales reports and forecasts for individual and team performance.
- Create strategies and initiatives to drive individual and team sales growth.
Job requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience in a KPI-and-target-driven environment, including 2+ years managing a sales team and being accountable for individual and team targets.
- Proven track record in exceeding outbound sales targets and achieving high conversion rates.
- Strong skills in market research, opportunity identification, data analysis, and forecasting.
- Experience pitching to senior stakeholders (e.g., CEOs, Managing Directors).
- Detail-oriented in document management and maintaining accurate CRM/database updates.
- Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed collective outbound sales goals.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (additional languages are a plus), essential for managing both client and team interactions effectively.
