We are looking for a People Partner to join us and build out our People Function. This is a mission-critical role where you will work directly with our CEO and management team to help us scale.

We have offices across the UAE, KSA and Lebanon and ambitious plans of doubling the business year-on-year for the next 3 years..

Job requirements

  • Build a People Operations function that will help AstroLabs scale in MENA while ensuring cultural alignment and long term resilience

  • 10x management and leadership capabilities and effectiveness through active coaching and structured training programs

  • Provide consultation on people related matters across the company at all levels and support with the communication of any changes within the business. Provide counsel on sensitive and difficult to resolve work-related issues and conduct investigations, where needed

  • Talent Management: work with the management team to design individual and group training programs to improve the capabilities at all levels of AstroLabs. This could include coaching, workshops, external training, etc

  • Performance Management: review and improve our approach to performance management so that it enhances employee engagement with clear goals, feedback, and development plans

  • Work with the management team to design organizational structures across the different business units that offer clear career paths and encourage growth

  • Codifying our culture across distributed teams to improve employee engagement and attraction/retention of talent

  • Define and improve all touchpoints across the AstroLabs employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition all the way through to becoming an AstroLabs Alumni

  • Build out our employer branding strategy to make AstroLabs the talent magnet for the smartest talent from around the world

  • Design and roll-out a world-class onboarding journey for new joiners, immersing them in the culture and values of AstroLabs and setting them up for success before they even start

  • Use people analytics tools to guide decision making and help improve employee engagement

  • You’re also a Strategist. You get the full picture and you’re able to devise strategies and initiatives to reach the target outcomes.
