The Performance Marketing Specialist will be in charge of 3 main areas:

  1. Create and optimize campaigns for our Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other performance marketing campaigns from setting up to reporting on ROI for our B2C and B2B products. You will own the budget and be responsible for delivering SQLs and ROI.
  2. Drive production of high-grade, leading-edge training content on the latest topics in digital marketing for our Academy Programs and classes.
  3. Lead delivery of classes both in-person and online in both public courses and corporate clients (both in English and Arabic)

Key responsibilities

  • In charge of day to day campaign creation and optimization of Google, Facebook, LinkedIn and other digital marketing platforms (i.e., Google Display Network, Google Search, YouTube, etc.)

  • Quality implementation, execution and ongoing optimization of all campaigns based on company KPI's

  • Implementation of our account based marketing strategy through paid channels

  • Provide performance feedback back to the marketing, product, sales and content team to come up with new growth strategies, and relevant creatives specific to each product

  • Website and conversion funnel analysis to drive improvements and increase in performance

  • Ensure all our training content in paid media and analytics is up to date

  • Create training materials for new programs to be delivered including material and delivery of live classes, self-paced videos, producing case studies, projects and more

  • Deliver training classes on paid media, analytics and other topics you are comfortable with (in-person, online or pre-recorded)

  • Proven track record with B2B paid ads (we will ask for your B2B case studies during interview process)

  • Strong analytical skills with close attention to detail

  • Deep knowledge in PPC and performance advertising

  • Deep passion for performance marketing - you are someone who constantly want to learn new things, experiment with new features and share it with others

  • Excellent presentation skills (both in-person and on video). Ability to communicate topics clearly, simply and with passion. Ability to teach in Arabic.

  • Google Ads certified (other related certifications are big plus)

  • Excellent written English skills and knowledge of how to make simple visual/content pieces for ads
