Program Management Lead

Job description

We are looking for a Program Management Lead to join our team!

The Program Management Lead role will support our Senior Director of Programs to deliver proposals and support the execution of our key capability building programs - such as accelerators, entrepreneurship bootcamps and corporate fast pilot innovation programs.

Our Program Management Lead is someone who can manage the development of full-scale detailed project plans, timelines and budgets as well as the successful end-to-end implementation of our programs. We want someone who is professional, proactive and reflects our 'Make it Happen' attitude!

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Analyze RFPs to develop technical and commercial proposals
  • Influence the overall program design and development by providing input and feedback into the creation process
  • Profile and interview potential partners to build a high value network of instructors and mentors
  • Collaborate with global and regional startup communities for sourcing startups for our accelerator and fast pilot programs
  • Work closely with our marketing team to increase the visibility of our programs

Program Management

  • Lead the co-creation of the educational content that is delivered and the operational execution of the programs
  • Manage and control communications with all the relevant stakeholders during the programs
  • Lead the development of the overall and detailed program plans (i.e. developing program agenda and timeline, allocating appropriate resources, identifying program outcomes and success factors...etc.)
  • Manage on-ground execution of the programs including logistics, reporting, time management and people management to ensure program success
  • Mobilize and manage network of mentors, instructors and facilitators for the programs
  • Build rapport with key program stakeholders
  • Own program experience by regularly seeking feedback
  • Analyze feedback input to generate actionable insights for improving the program experience
  • Monitor progress of the program to report on areas such as achievements and risks - as required
  • Develop post-program reports and case studies capturing feedback and testimonials
  • Manage and report on the profitability of the program (P&L ownership)
