Who You Are
We are looking for an organized and proactive Sales & Business Development Associate to join our team in Riyadh. You will play a key role in driving the growth of our private office offerings by managing the full sales cycle, generating new leads, building strong client relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets.
This is a hands-on, target-based role where you’ll be responsible for calls, presentations, proposals, meetings, and closing deals, while also supporting the Business Development Manager with research, reporting, and partnership initiatives.
In This Role You Will
Sales Cycle & Operations
Manage the full sales cycle: outbound prospecting, calls, outreach, meetings, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and closing deals.
Conduct client meetings and deliver office tours, adapting solutions to client needs.
Track and update all sales activities, client data, and documentation in the CRM system.
Prepare and deliver proposals and contracts, ensuring agreements and payments are finalized.
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining a healthy pipeline.
Sales Administration & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and pipeline status.
Generate regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity summaries.
Coordinate with operations and finance teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Support planning and coordination of sales events, office tours, and client activations to attract prospects and generate leads.
Manage event-related logistics including scheduling, invitations, preparation of materials, venue readiness, and follow-ups.
Assisting the Business Development Manager
Research industries, sectors, and target companies to support lead generation.
Prepare briefing notes and background information for high-level meetings.=
Draft sales presentations, proposals, and follow-up communication.
Monitor competitor offerings and market trends to provide actionable insights.
Handle administrative tasks (scheduling, CRM updates, reporting) to enable the BDM to focus on strategic deals and partnerships.

Job requirements
2–4 years of experience in sales or business development (B2B experience in Riyadh Preferably with a coworking / real estate background).
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Experience in outbound prospecting and lead generation.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail – able to manage multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously.
Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools is an advantage (Hubspot).
