AstroLabs Coworking & Licensing Dubai has set up over 800 tech-enabled ventures in the UAE in partnership with the leading freezone DMCC, and supported hundreds more with soft-landing and Community. We have two 24/7 coworking spaces in JLT that are the home to an unrivaled tech and innovation-driven entrepreneurial community.

AstroLabs KSA Expansion is the preferred market entry partner for an array of multinational corporations expanding into Saudi Arabia. We handle local company registration and provide a soft-landing office at our coworking space in Riyadh. We have set up over 300+ companies in KSA and have an amazing team on the ground in Riyadh to take care of the entire setup process.

Who You Are

AstroLabs is looking for a Social Media and Marketing Executive to join the Communications department. The role will work closely with the Communications Specialist and the rest of the team, including different business units to develop, maintain, and optimize AstroLabs’ social media along with owning the publishing calendar for the company’s overall online content.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining AstroLabs social media calendar with daily posts including articles, carousels, videos, and others

  • Drafting social media captions for our posts across all of our channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and Facebook)

  • Managing social media for AstroLabs’ accounts including monitoring, replying to comments and messages

  • Supporting the content team with research on content based on the top trending topics pertaining to Saudi Arabia and with content visualization in close collaboration with the graphic design team

  • Generating bi-weekly social media analytics reports to optimize social content performance

  • Publishing content across different platforms including our content platforms – Insight and Set Up In Saudi

  • Conducting market research and developing data-backed insights to plug into AstroLabs content engine

  • Extracting data from our events and webinars and producing digestible content for social media, articles, and newsletters

  • Coordinating with the design and video production team to produce new social media collaterals and content

  • Owning the release of our external and internal newsletters on Hubspot



Job requirements

Your Technical Skills:

  • You are fully proficient in English – both written and spoken

  • You are an expert in managing Social media accounts for LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and Facebook

  • You are proficient in navigating third-party social media management apps such as Hootsuite

  • You are well-versed in social media analytics reporting and the different metrics

  • You are preferably familiar with collaboration tools (Notion) and task management systems (ClickUp)

  • You have strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

  • You are a creative thinker with a data-driven mindset and a keen eye for detail

  • You are able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Your Key Qualifications

  • You hold a Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, Business and relevant fields

  • You have 1-2 years of experience in the communications and marketing field for the B2B/services industry

  • You have a proven track record of executing successful social media strategies
