The purpose of this position is to retain and grow our portfolio of clients by creating best-in-class talent strategies with exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints.

In this role you will:

  • Manage and improve all commercial agreements within our portfolio

  • Conduct customer discoveries to understand and capture hiring challenges and goals

  • Act as a talent advisor and provide a consultative approach to create scalable recruitment solutions for our partners.

  • Create talent strategies and hiring plans for our portfolio of customers to create high value add and maximize revenue potential

  • Constantly seek ways to improve the customer experience and develop long-term relationships

  • Seek out 360 feedback and regular service level reviews with each client. Meet with clients at least once per month and do annual talent audits

  • Measure success by real value-added and outcomes such as reduction in time-to-hire, exceptional candidate feedback, and increase in retention rates

  • Manage an exceptional team of Talent Sourcers and Consultants

  • Help them with prioritization and time management to ensure timely execution and delivery of all hiring requirements for clients

  • Coach, develop, and grow the team to get 1% better every day

  • Drive impact, results, and revenue

Job requirements

  • Previous experience in talent acquisition, talent management, or people roles. Ideally, you’ll have experience building digital and tech teams for a variety of companies including, scaling startups and corporates going through digital transformation
  • 5-7 years of experience in tech recruitment, agency or in-house

  • Customer- obsessive mindset

  • Proven experience managing teams to success

  • Experienced in analysing and generating data, reports, KPIs, and conversion rates

  • Excellent interpersonal and networking skills, a natural “people person” with drive, enthusiasm, and a serious ‘make it happen’ attitude. You love talking to people. You articulate yourself well externally as one of the primary faces of the company to the customer.

  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to own projects from start to finish.

  • Meticulous, organized, and highly skilled at prioritization. Relentlessly focused on
